How to Use This App
Landed helps you find prospects, price the pitch, and track the close — three tools, no setup required. Here's what each one does.
Before you start
Click My Agency in the top right and fill in your name, contact info, and (optionally) a logo. This is what signs your outreach scripts and brands your proposals — you only have to do it once.
1 Outreach Scripts
Writes a ready-to-send cold email or DM pitching a prospect on a specific service.
- Open the Outreach Scripts tab.
- Choose the prospect's business type from Prospect's business type.
- Optionally type their name into Prospect's business name.
- Pick what you're pitching under Service you're pitching — Landing page, Promo video, Email management, or Social management.
- Choose a Tone (Direct or Casual) and a Format (Cold email or Short DM).
- The script writes itself on the right as you go. Click Copy, then paste it into your email or DM — swap in a real detail or two before sending.
2 Pricing Proposal
Builds a branded, priced one-pager you can send or print for a prospect.
- Open the Pricing Proposal tab.
- Enter the Prospect's business name and, optionally, a Contact name.
- Check the box next to each service you're pitching.
- Drag each service's price slider to set your price inside the market range shown.
- The proposal builds itself on the right. Click Print / Save as PDF to save or print it.
3 Prospect Tracker
Keeps a simple list of everyone you've reached out to, and where things stand.
- Open the Prospect Tracker tab.
- Fill in the business name, pick their type, add a note if you want, then click Add prospect.
- Use the Status dropdown on each row to move them from Contacted → Proposal sent → Won (or Lost).
- The counts at the top update automatically, so you always know where things stand at a glance.
One thing to know
Everything — your agency profile and your prospect list — is saved in this browser only. There's no account and no server, so use the same browser and device each time to keep your data.
